ABC posted some clips on Youtube, unfortunately they are all scene clips when the best bits are really the one-liners from Ed O'Neill. Show is fucking awesome though.

I sort of like all the characters, which is rare for any show to accomplish. But yeah, Ed O'Neill is obviously chief.

Yeah that was a pretty funny line.

I just think the dad is an annoying character and not that believable.

I've seen ads for this on the subway and it looked gay to me but if you guys say it's good I'll check it out.

It's sharp and charming. Nothing outrageous or shocking about it, and it doesn't feel like a bunch of stand-up comedians fighting over lines. There's a gay couple so it's a bit gay for sure.

Well, the show isn't for everyone, but the pilot really just establishes the characters.

Great show. I was reading Nolan North's (of

fame) imdb profile and read that he's appearing on this week's episode (episode 7). Hope he's guest starring and not shmucking around as an extra.

Didn't really feel Norton's character. Felt like a waste, and the whole story thread there was a bit meh. Jay is as awesome as ever, though.

Sweet. Didn't know we had a thread for this show. Watched episode 1 yesterday and it was awesome. If it's consistently this funny it could rival 30 Rock for funniest network comedy.

It has its ups and downs, but it's overall real good. Given the track record of things, I wouldn't be surprised if it got canceled. Seems to happen to whatever new show of the season I take a liking too, so it's basically doomed.

I thought it was doing pretty well? This is like the only show I laugh out loud at multiple times each episode AND find really heart warming. No matter their differences they still love each other.

Yeah, feels like a proper family. It's still TV comedy, but most of the main characters and their family dynamics seem believable and natural. Wish I could say the same for the guest stars.

As for the show running the risk being canceled, that's just my paranoia talking.
