I always hate myself after eating old, soggy nachos. The sauce sort of coagulates and the chips get super soggy and it all comes together to make a load of fart-pockets in your belly.

Really? Everytime I try to eat my leftover fajitas or quesadilla's they taste worse. Italian food on the other hand is just the opposite. It usually tastes BETTER reheated.
