It's a little app you can download when the new Dash Update comes out. It's YOUR SOURCE FOR HALO

It tracks your achievements and you earn Levels for earning Halo Achievements. I am Level 30 jus from ODST and Halo 3

You also get avatar goodies if you get ODST achievements, and you get a freebie just for downloading

Can people on your friends list see your props? I haven't seen anyone with one, but I also don't have any friends willing to spend 400 points on a virtual warthog.

Yes if you view your friends list their avatar will pull out their Warthog if they bought it and have it equipped
