demi's pics in this thread were more entertaining than I'd expect Spirit Tracks to ever be.

In fact, I think Spirit Tracks is the "got caught sucking dick for crack in an alley" low point for the franchise.  It is the pseudosequel to one of the worst Zelda games and implements ideas that are even dumber than PH.  The well of ideas for the franchise has run dry and it shows.

Waiting for a fresh Zelda.

While you're at it, you might as well wait for a difficult Zelda game.

Did you ever play the Oracle games? They are like, the best Zeldas ever.

I played Okami, until I couldn't take anymore BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

Unbelievable, the best Zelda game ever gets ported to Wii and ntards refuse to enjoy it because they cant fantasise about Miyamoto-sama crafting the game experience especially for their wild imagnaions. Honestly WTF

Bebpo is the GreenShinobi of the gaming side

I didn't care for Phantom Hourglass at all, so I won't even bother with this. Say what you will about Zelda being a piss easy series, but Phantom Hourglass was the only one that I didn't enjoy.

Hey where do I dig to find the guy's secret lair on the island with the 4 statues. I just loaded up my old Hourglass save and this is wher I am.

Probably has something to do with the statues' line of sight.

On the world map, mark where each tab is located and then connect the left and right ones with a line and the top and bottom ones as well.  Where they intersect, boom.

zelda is dead to me.  They're all entirely too long and there's basically no rewards for doing anything outside of the main dungeons.  It's the same game I've been playing since Zelda 1 and I'm totally sick of it.

I think this might be the one where you  have to rotate the statues?

Yeah, Ocarina of Time was a landmark title for me. It's also the only game within the past decade or so where the final product met all the hype. I remember pre-ordering the gold cartridge, waiting months for release, and being blown away. Most games of that build that kind of fan frenzy inevitably let me down to some degree.

If it helps, you use your shovel to dig a hole right below a tree.  I played the game a few weeks ago.

says you.

I liked PH....but not dragging Link around like a distinguished mentally-challenged fellow.  Of course I'm a grown man playing a DS so take that as you will.  :-\

...thanks for the info though.  Will still buy it.

The controls were fine AND SO WAS THE TEMPLE OF THE OCEAN KING WHICH WAS CHALLENGING AND AWESOME  :rock

the insipid design of the rest of the dungeons was not fine, though.  at least in the first half, I still haven't finished, maybe it gets better
