Just add both to your cart and input the code DISNEYBD. I think the code is only valid until November 10th (the day they both release).
Edit: Apparently you don't even need the code. The code works for some other Disney BDs like Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio, and Snow White when you buy UP, but you automatically get the $10 off when you buy Monsters and UP together.
