I never played the original PS2 releases.

Correction: I played GoW1 but never finished it. GoW2 came out when I was already done with last generation.

NSMB wii is $40 (or $35, don't remember)
not getting god of war collection
L4D2 bought months ago for $33
ASSASSIN'S CREED 2 :ROCK for $35

not too bad. though, there are PSP games I'm not sure to get or not, like kenka bancho, LBP PSP, and Ass Creed PSP

btw, I just realized that it's not just the next two weeks, these are pretty much the games for the rest of the year. Off the top of my head, The saboteur and Zelda DS are the only two out in december.

Assassin's Creed 2 is pretty much a pass for me. I could never get into the original, no matter how hard I tried. A pal of mine that has a review copy isn't too thrilled about it either.

Same here. It's going to take a lot to convince me to try the sequel. Already got tons of other stuff to play, so I don't really care.

I'm still on the fence about Left 4 Dead 2. I'm thinking about waiting until it drops in price, and maybe picking up Dragon Age for $40 on Black Friday. Between that, Borderlands DLC and Modern Warfare 2, I'll be set until Mass Effect!

I probably won't get L4D2. The demo was fun, sure, but I never played enough of the first game to warrant rushing out to get the second. I think I'd rather get Borderlands first.

Pretty much, yeah. None of those are a priority for me.

I don't know why, but God of War has never been my thing, and I don't feel like encouraging Sony down Nintendo's road of re-releasing every game on all subsequent systems. Still, that's not exactly a mean-spirited price, and the HD treatment may warrant it.

The others, yeah, more of the same, what? Go buy Brutal Legend and support something without a 2 or 3 or 6 on the end of it.

I still need to get Batman. I'm passing on MW2 because from what I've seen of it, it'll get the same amount of love from me as CoD4 did; aka, only two weeks worth.

Honestly, I don't really care about games this Christmas. I want Batman, buy a few of the Fallout 3 DLCs, and I'll be set.

But seriously, I'm probably getting L4D2 and MW2 for Christmas. Gonna pick up NSMB eventually, but my interest in Nintendo games is nearly non existent these days.

I tried the Raging Blast demo and it seemed like BT3 with less characters and slightly better graphics.

I also checked, and yeah, there really isn't anything else coming out this year. Early 2010 will be insane, though.

Raging Blast has like 1/3 of the characters from the third game. $:-\$ I liked the huge roster in the previous title.

I read mixed impressions about PS0. It's supposed to be closer to PSO than PSU, so that's good enough to get me to try it out. Plus online co-op should be cool.

Though I'm gonna drop it in a heartbeat when Phantasy Star Portable 2 comes out.

I just want AC2. I have the others I wanted. Going to wait it out for the price drop come January for most other new releases, maybe even for AC2. I have 3 games I just got from BB and amazon that could last me months. Combined with a backlog of RPG gmes to play and I'm on easy street until retirement in 2035.

I actually liked it because it had characters from Dragon Ball you never see in the games, like the pedophile General Blue.

The only "new" character in Raging Blast is SSJ3 Vegeta, which is like, sure.

I guess the character count doesn't matter to me because I really don't care about any of the characters. Halfway through the Frieza saga is all I've actually ever seen of the show. I just like the combat system.
