The Ambien Zombie Shuffle
« on: November 20, 2009, 02:49:13 AM »
Looks like yet again I've managed to eat an ambien and not fall asleep.  Since it's too late to order any food and have it brought to me here in this crappy small town, I'm now going to very carefully try to make some teriyaki stir fry.  If I don't post again in this thread relatively soon, that means I accidentally burnt down my house trying to cook.

Now you're cooking with fire.

And oil.  And frozen vegetables.  And roasted garlic teriyaki sauce.  IT GOOD.

You think this is fun? Pop a couple of Ambien and go driving.

Where do you think I got the stuff to make stir fry from?  Just got back from the grocery store.

considering we've been given no report on the quality of the stir-fry, I think we can all assume triumph is dead now.

Not true!  Stir fry was good.  You could definitely taste the garlic in the teriyaki sauce, tho- wouldn't have been everyone's thing but I enjoyed it.

i wish i still got hallucinations from ambien

when you first start you get closed eye visuals and walls breath

nowadays it just makes me feel kind of trippy, weird, and stoned

yeah, i thought taking ambien and not falling asleep = blackout that you won't remember.

usually only at doses of at least 20 mg and up

its definitely happened to me at 30, i woke up and read irc and aim to my surprise :lol
