Anyone running a WHS box on their home network? I've got five machines in my house (2 desktops, HTPC, netbook, laptop) plus a 360 and am thinking that centralized storage with replication to protect against disk failure for critical data (photos and spreadsheets documents, mostly) when combined with offsite online backups in case the house burns to the ground. Also, would be a hell of a lot easier to share stuff.
The new update seems to have pumped up the W7 compatibility and ASUS has some sweet new boxes with really low power consumption and a year of free online backup (along with the general asus awesomeness).
Anyone using WHS? I could set this all up via LUNIX since I am a smarty man but the Windows integration and support seems so much stronger/better with WHS.
