I don't know. She Wants Revenge butchered Kidnap Mr Santy Claus to astronomical porportions, and Manson's song is very weak too, which is suprising considering how awesome the song could have been.

Perhaps we can all agree that Fiona Apple has the best cover on the album.

I said second worst.  She Wants Revenge is easily, by far, the worst cover on the album.  I really like Manson's cover a lot.  Fiona Apple's is tied with Manson's in my eyes. 

Manson did exactly what a good cover should do; he stayed respectful the source material, but made it his own without crapping on it.

Manson's version lacked energy to me and sounded far too by-the-numbers. I would have expected more sinister guitar work simulating the strings in the original version. I also expected some different vocal preformances from him on the song ugh. And more screaming

I am just flabbergasted how you can call Manson's cover "too by-the-numbers" when Panic at the Disco is the same exact song.  The background instrumentals are the same song.  Even my brother said, "What, are they just putting their voices over the original song?"

It's super lame.  Second worst cover, if only for the fact that She Wants Revenge turned a mediocre song into a headache-inducing abomination.

This is extremely true. However, I think the album needs a chance before judgement is passed. Never just go by what you hear on the radio.
