Anybody try this? I have Eden, but I don't really care for it. I like the way this looks, with the puzzle type level design.

I know at least Jinfash has played it, so impressions please.

online or offline?

This game also supports remote play, if that's a selling point to anyone

offline. didn't see any online modes. it seems that the levels are different if you play two player over 1 player. seemed like there were a few parts that wouldn't be possible if you only had one person.

No demo.

Bought it last night and it seems pretty good so far.  Definitely not the most intense game out there but I kind of like the laid back pace of it.

I bought it, and like HSMP says its a pretty chill game. Only played the first level so far, but it seems decent for $10.

No demo is pretty dumb.  It's even worse when CoD Classic has a demo on 360 and not on PSN.  Sometimes I'm still amazed how behind PSN is.

I would think about getting it but I still have a lot more of Eden to play, and I bought Critter Crunch too and haven't had a chance to play that either.  No rush.

It's because Sony doesn't require demos like MS does, because Sony is stupid.

I hear it's fun but short.  I got it through gamesharing and played the first stage and it was a bit slow and dull.  I hear it ramps up in complexity fairly quick.

Then again I don't like Pixeljunk games.  They are nice attempts but I find them all kinda boring.  Eden was the best, but even that was repetitive and I got bored.

yeah, Eden was the only Pixeljunk game I liked.  For all the praise monsters got, I didn't like it.  Then again, I don't like tower defense games.

It's because Sony doesn't require demos like MS does, because Sony is stupid.

I'm not a big fan of Pixeljunk myself but I gotta say that this is probably their most enjoyable title to date.....as long as you're into those falling sand games and laid back shooters.  I swear I played a flash game that was pretty similar to this but I can't remember what its name was for the life of me.

Anyway, yeah, I actually like this.

I already said it was like falling sand but there's another game out there that's basically just like PJ Shooter.  I just can't remember where I played it or what it's called.

:bow Monsters Deluxe on PSP

I don't really care for Eden, to be honest. But I am really digging shooter right now.

Eden & Shooter are great games (latter is a bit too short though) and Monsters deluxe was one my favorite PSP games this year. I don't know what Groo is talking about ???

Eden is awesome, and I haven't actually played Shooter, but I know one of the guys at PJ and he's a bit of a twat, really. Hope it's not one of a.s.a.'s friends :)
From your earlier comment, it sounded more like a blanket statement. I only know one guy there, and he's alright -- though we only ever seem to meet overseas. :-\

Eden is cool, I'ma buy it as soon as I remember to buy points. I'll pick this PJ Shooter up just based on having another relaxing game I can play in front of my kids. So far the PS3 is winning over my overwhelmingly gory, scary, and SEXXY sexbox360 collection.

I really like the gameplay of Eden, but the fact that you can't collect more than one seed thing really started to wear me down. I don't want to do the same shit 5 times.

I know what you mean; a complete cockwad from a project I was on went to work for Pandemic in AU. After Mercs 1 I'd seriously thought about going to Pandemic, so I was all:

whoa, this game is so gooooood.
Still doing episode 1. Trying to rescue all those people and searching for treasures.
It's so addictive. I've replayed some of the levels like a doze times because those yellow men kept dying one me, or I accidentally killed them.
Probably the best PJ game thus far.

i think this because there was a level in the second world that my friend and I played through that seemed to be impossible without two people. the way you needed to use the two ship modifiers together at the same time.

Add me on PSN (chronovoreprime); we may yet play something together, you XBL Silver-totin' lowlife!

It's all good, Slime! I'll boot my PS3 sometime this week and let you into the exclusive Mr. Gundam and time-eater club. :-)

Then we can try the challenging game of getting an online game going on PS3 which is difficult even if you've got the time to devote to the effort.
