with pixeljunk shooter releasing so soon after this, i think some people may have over looked this game.
IMO it's more fun than Shooter.
It doesn't have any kind of physics tricks or puzzles and is much more about shooting and navigating the levels.

I LOVE the graphics style and it looks amazing on my TV.
So far the gameplay is fairly straight forward. You're tasked with destroying specific targets in a level. The fun comes from the old school control style. You only propel and shoot in the same direction, so you have to do a kinda spin move to shoot ground targets then quickly turn around and propel away from the ground so you don't crash. Each level also has crewmen you can land and save and gems and artifacts you can collect.
There's five galaxies with five planets on each (last being a boss) so it's got a bunch of content. Included is also a pretty great level builder, four player multiplayer, and leaderboards.
