What's the cheapest way to get a short-term Xbox Live account?

Any deals out there? A short term one would be best, maybe 3 months??

3 month cards seem to range from $20 to $16 online.

Will they just give you a code to enter or will they need to send the physical card?

(I'd just had the regular account through MS for a couple of years but ended it because of $$ issues)

Dont know any deals offhand. I dont look for 3 month cards...
