Going to go to my mom's house for early Christmas dinner. Then I get to sit around and listne to boring shit for hours on end....kind of sucks when you have absolutely nothing in common with your family except the kids.

When I get home I am going to finish helping my son set up his new HP 311. He loves it so far...but damn does it need more than 1gb of ram.

I was able to get one at thanksgiving from the local supermarket, mainly because there's some sort of wacky mid-atlantic tradition some people follow about having a thanksgiving goose.

I was really pleased with how it turned out, even with only modest preparation. Also, I hate hate carving birds, such a PITA.
