I love it. Somewhat surprisingly I find the regular sitcoms bits funnier than the songs usually.

I'd have to pretty much say I'm allergic to musical comedy acts, but I actually really loved this show. The season 1 songs were mostly fantastic, the second season songs definitely lost a step, but the spoken parts were probably better than S1.

I view musical comedy and musicals as the lowest rung on the entertainment ladder (I hated when fucking Lazy Sunday blew up and everybody thought that was hilarious) but I find their stuff appealing because it's clever and so self aware of how lame musical based comedy is generally viewed.

Dude, prop comedy is easily below musical comedy. When the people at the top of your craft are Gallagher and Carrot Top, you know you're in a shitty field.
