Yeah, its been looking for a buyer for several months. I predict you'll see a major go under within a decade. These are dangerous times!

They have been looking for funding not a buyer. Because all the major studios are flying around like vultures waiting to get a piece of that Hobbit stuff, and James Bond of course.

Not what I heard. And Variety reported yesterday that Bond is halted until it finds a reasonable bid.

Yeah I would rather Nolan do a new bond instead of a new batman, but of course he would have to learn to direct hand to hand combat first.
