Inception - Nolan Alliance :bow

True Legend.  Yuen Woo Ping's first directorial effort in almost fifteen years.  Will almost certainly be the best action movie of 2010.  And so far, it looks pretty dang not bad.

It's not coming out in 2010... or ever, so it's kinda hard to look forward to it.  The 9th Malazan book, by comparison, is already out in the UK and should hit Canada this month I think.

2010. Only way I could see it falling into 2011 is if HBO and Martin's publisher decide the book should be released around the time the first episode comes out. Luckily that doesn't make sense. HBO is going to make their decision in March, and assuming it gets greenlit I'd expect the book to be released in the spring or summer with a "soon to be HBO series" sticker on the front

So those George R.R. Martin books are good?

I haven't been able to get over the guy having the gall to use "R.R." as his middle name, even if he actually does have two middle names that both begin with R. It's kinda like a hockey player wearing #99 as far as I'm concerned.

They're awesome if you like pedo incest and such, I hear.

It's an amazing series, and I recommend it to everyone. Often by saying if you aren't hooked after the 80th or so page, well fuck you. And usually once they get past that page count they're hooked

I've had the 9th Malazan book for months ('Dust of Dreams'). Order from amazon.co.uk, filthy poors.

It ends on a cliffhanger so you'll probably want to do this for Book 10 :)
