And Live and Learn was the pinnacle of cheesy music from Sonic Adventure 2. You stand the game with Escape from the City thinking it couldn't get worse and the game manages to top itself at the end. It's better in the context of the game where you have radical furry drama with Amy, Sonic and Shadow.
