After watching these damn things hundreds of times, I still love it, but I'm surprised to say that Sleeping Beauty is now my favorite. It's just incredible.

I've got the first version, I think. The one that was in Wired; I was helping a friend clean up his place prior to a move last weekend, and he wanted me to take whatever I could before sending stuff off to the trash. These looked like fun. I passed up a monster Surround System by Yamaha that looked like it might shake my house free of its moorings.

Almost finished putting together my Halloween costume.  Still need some sort of belt, but shit is lookin' pretty tubular at the moment.

I think this is the first time I've ever been prepared for Halloween.  I usually end up throwing something together at the last minute and it always turns out awesome, so I'm hoping it doesn't turn out kinda sucky.  I had to explain what a hipster was to the only two people I've mentioned it to so far (and found it very difficult to do so, btw), so I have no idea how it's gonna play.
