Ok, been using it a few days now and it does well even in low-light rooms. I mean the amount of power it needs is minuscule so a little light per day is enough to keep it at 100% reserves. It doesn't even need sunlight, can charge from normal house lights.

That said, it's really reaaaaally thin and low and I need to buy one of those wrist strips to put in front of it because my wrists are not going to be happy at this rate.

No loli in Catherine. The story is all about relationships and life shit that teenagers aren't really going to care about at their age. I only played a little bit so far, so I have no idea about the sexual content, but with what I have seen/played, those covers really do give the wrong impression.

First game I have ever played that my wife sat down and started watching. She likes the story.

Some of that was at specialty bottle shops, some was at Whole Foods and some was even picked up at Fred Meyer and QFC (Kroger).

That's the awesome part about the Northwest, everyone sells craft beer.

Yeah, Japanese pricing --- it's almost like the country still thinks we're a captive audience, still operating on the island-based economy. Though I will say when I go to sell my import games at the Osaka shoppie, I am well-pleased that they offer me nearly heaps of money.

I own probably 4 RL Polo shirts which I bought at Takashimaya because I had gift coupons to get rid of. I have another 3 of them which I bought for US$4 each from thrift stores in the USA during trips back. They're flawless; I have no idea why they were dumped on Salvation Army.

So... my average price is actually pretty good.

Got it for under $90 and just need to use it to make quick 3-4 min promo videos on youtube for my friend's comic shop. We were using a webcam, but this will work out much better.

Also got a 16gig SDHC card for it. If I end up using it a lot, I'll double that.

I've had the one forever. But I found one on CL for $40. Missing a couple parts, whatever, I can replace them.

I post that find on CAG, and someone chimes in - "oh, i could have sold you one for $50" - so the logical thing of course is to buy it

And just now -another- Virtual Boy pops up on CL, but this one is apparently in great condition, and comes with 4 games, all of which i don't own (omg wario land). Unfortunately this guy was $80 firm... but whatever, I can just sell the unit itself for $80 (or more) and keep the games.

Mafia II (360) was ¥620 or something ridonkuloso on Play-Asia.com, so it's winging its way to me now. Not the version pictured, though. It's the Korean version. No Platinum Hits version, so no DLC, but Sceneman made it sound like that's a good thing.

I ordered a daskeyboard ("silent" one, more like "not quite as loud", but brown switches are supposed to be a happy medium between blue/typing and black/gaming).

It's kind of incredible to type on. Granted, I've been using an old Logitech G15 for years and this is the first mechanical keyboard I've tried, but it's a lot better. I just wish it had media keys and a different caps lock key. I just removed it for the type being and press the tiny brown stub if I ever need to be EXTRA PUNCTUAL. also expensive for a keyboard. even a student discount and ordering from their site, it is the most expensive keyboard I've bought. And my Logitech G15 had a screen and macro keys. This is a straight up keyboard and the only additional feature are two USB 2.0 ports on the side.
