I got a 23" model in 2010 and it's been awesome awesome awesome. Ultra-slim, 1080P LCD-LED monitor with a 2ms refresh rate...great for console gaming. The 22" is currently $144 with a rebate, so I'm getting one to use as my secondary gaming monitor for use when my wife is watching stuff on our living room TV.

Today's the last day for earlybird registration; 30% off is still US$950. This is the first time I've had to pay for myself. Whelp, maybe if I get hired, they'll reimburse me for it.

Expensive as it is, it's still only half of what my damned rental car and liability coverage cost for the month.

Amazing shoes for the money, maybe even the best shoes I've played in. I was easily blowing by people or staying in front of people on D.

Build quality is also much better than Nike shoes. The freaking Lebrons already have a few spots where the colors seem to be fading.

I dunno, I mean I tried Encounters in Space or whatever the PS2 one was, the SEED action game on PS2, the Wii Gundam FPS action game, etc... and they all seem the same. B-/C grade generic mech shooter.
I really like Gundam rpgs/srpgs/fighting games, but the UC space shooters all seem the same. Just covering the same 3 series of UC is so boring in games these days.

0081 was kind of cool in that it had a strategy mix to it plus told an original story. I really need to get back and finish that. I've heard the GC game is like that too and I should play it someday.

Still might buy The 3d Battle because it's cheaper ($65-70 instead of $100 like most 3ds/psp/vita games after shipping) and it's Gundam, but no rush. Like I decided not to buy G Generation 3D after hearing it's really low content, filler entry between World and the next major G Generation. I bought WORLD on PSP instead off ebay for $50. Will use that as my first G Gen game.

Cool stuff! Really clean, detailed drawings.

I actually got the building construction book more for reference. Interior designers deal with architectural details too but at a much more basic level. Been working mostly with architects lately so extremely complex details are required.

I've shot tehjaybo's RIA 1911 and I've never known of it to have a problem. It's a pretty great gun. The action is really smooth, it has an ambidextrous safety (good for lefties like me), and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The extended beaver-tail makes the grip extremely comfortable too.

I came really close to picking up a Springfield XD .45ACP, but in the end the 1911 was just more comfortable to grip and fitted my price range just a little better.

it works pretty well. the water that comes out of my kitchen tap has a slight ting to it which disappears when i drink it through this bottle so it does what it is meant to do.
the bottle itself seems a little "first try" though. there's a small gap between the top of the lid and filtration holes so you literally can't get all the water out. also it takes a bit of squeezing/sucking to get water flowing.
also - the bottle is too small.

still though, it's pretty cool.

Got it for $50 shipped off an HK ebay seller and it came in like 4-5 days. Wish he had a bigger inventory because that's good service.

Ordered it 2 weeks ago with a few games :| Don't want to buy the US slide pad and not be able to cancel my JPN order in time and be stuck with two of them. So will just hold off playing it for a month. Already in the middle of a bunch of other games and Vita launch is next week anyhow.
