Show me the J Crew stuff! I ended up at the outlet mall on Friday on the way home from my girlfriend's parents and picked up from J Crew Factory a red merino wool sweater and navy/green plaid sleep pants. At gap I got some burgundy cords that I wore to the OU/OSU pregame. I'm wearing them again today. My first pair of pants that isn't blue/tan/white/or black since I was probably 10 years old, but everyone seems to love them.

Not much to see, really.  It's quite literally a grocery list—basic essentials for a fresh start at the new job.  Some washed shirts, some ugly socks, a scarf (that I'm probably going to return tomorrow evening), and a bunch of 484 chinos in various colors.  I'm thinking of returning a pair for some cords now that you mention it, sale be damned.

If you're a 10+ the Alden 405's are $360ish, and about as cheap as you will ever get them. The Barbour bedale waxed jacket is another good buy IMO.
