got some money to spend

So I have a solid job now and have some money to spend.  I wanna spend like up to $1000 on something...anything that will keep me busy.  I'm looking for suggestions

Here are a few options I'm thinking

• new pc ($750)- current pc is from 2000, a 533 mhz celeron, but I only use it for downloading movies and watching porn and surfing the net etc, but maybe if i got a stacked pc i'd use it for other stuff like games, but i already have a ps3 and 360 so that could be overkill for gaming
• Concept2 rowing machine ($1000+) - i wanna get in shape.  i have a pretty face and a skinny frame but i still pull AA to AAA tail...now i've always wondered how it would be if added a killer six pack and some actual muscles along with that
• pay for vet tech school - it would only be about 4-5 semesters / 9k per year and i could begin a career that i actually enjoy.  vet techs only make like 30k per year but i dont care about money, i just wanna do something that makes me happy and i adore animals.  My dad might pay for this anyway tho
• few more pairs of jeans ($200-300 each)...true religion, joe's, nudies, rock & republic, apc, etc - problem with this is that it won't keep me busy or anything, they're just jeans
• a bracelet or 0.75 carat diamond studs - same as above

even watching streaming videos (let alone HD ones) is difficult at times.  for example, tnaflix.com and youporn.com are too processor-intensive so i'm forced to bust a nut to a slideshow

btw it's not a normal aquarium...it's one where you create the entire landscape and decorate every detail so it would be like a whole new hobby which would be pretty awesome

For half that, you could get a very decent (non-gaming mind you!) laptop or netbook.  I don't know how much an aquarium with something other than goldfish runs but I'd imagine $500 is enough for a decent aquarium+fishes.

Getting a good (alive) bonsie tree is hard.  I have one that was dying before it was bought and is dead now.  Still looks ok though.

This.  Or at least a %.  Also invest it.  You never know when things are going to go downhill again.  Don't screw yourself over.  Get some savings going.  Nothing wrong with spending a bit on yourself though.
