... the most annoying and covered song ever?  This week, I've heard approximately 20 covers of that damn song.  From a slow, piano-only version to a blues version to a techno version to something that sounded like it was done by John Carpenter.

I can't say that it's a good song, because it isn't. However it is hypnotically catchy. By the mid 70's Paul couldn't really write many good songs, but he still new how to craft a pop song that could get radio play.
