Yup. That's one the current revisions of it. Early revisions didn't even connect to the 360. PC only.

I'd pay good money for that.  Then throw out that shit bolted to the top of the gorillapod.

Honestly the whole package looks cheap. I guess every penny counts.

Netal = 1 stroke
Natal = 2 strokes

If Microsoft used Borys' spelling, they'd save a lot of ink. :smug

He "measured" the lag and it was around 100ms,still better than Killzone 2 160-200ms lag :teehee

But that video shows something very interesting...and funny

Natal is totally new controlling device,just like mouse,keyboard and dual analogs where ages ago.First time i tried dual analogs,i couldn't do shit for hours,even something simple like opening a door was a massive undertaking for me...how the fuck can people play games with this thing :lol

It's not exactly new.  It's maybe the Dual Shock to the N64 single analog (Eyetoy).

"New" as a massive experiment,that will be obviously pushed very hard.For general population it will be SF.

Channel Five's The Gadget Show were invited to try out Project Natal last night - the same demonstration that Jonathan Ross attended - and enthusiastic tech expert and gamer Jason Bradbury has given his verdict. It's fair to say he was impressed.
Interestingly, Bradbury revealed that Microsoft had told him an improved version of the prototype is now ready.

"[Microsoft] did make a point that the next generation of prototype, which is now ready, which is not what we were using, we were using the E3 hardware. The new stuff is even more precise, the movements are more precise," he said.

An obviously enthusiastic Bradbury concluded: "That Natal promise from my experience tonight...very, very much intact. I need to wander the streets and calm down before I go home."

MS is doing very good job with Natal marketing,instead of hyping it on forums and gaming websites they directly attack live mass media.
One thing is missing though,final name...

That guy looks like the victim of a J Allard-type makeover.  Except instead of shaving his head they gave him a nifty cap and stubble.
