wait, which venom? last spider-man comic I read had Eddie Brock as a white anti-venom with scorpion as venom, and there were a couple other venoms, not including the original Eddie Brock venom. I think it's easier to say every symbiote character in spider-man.
When I read that the symbiote had been combined with The Scorpion (the pic ITT is that version), I was like

? Turns out there's been multiple venoms over the past decade, and Venom symbiote clones too. But it's hard to hate on the most-current version of Venom, just because they made him into ASSHOLE SPIDER-MAN. The mini-series they gave him (The Sinister Spider-Man) was a fun read.
The original, evil Venom was a great Spider-Man villain. They fucked things up by introducing Carnage and then turning Venom into a good guy/anti-hero. He should have stayed as a villain.
