I watched about 6 minutes (in game time) before the Half. I saw the Brett Farve commerical and realized that would be the high point in advertising. There's no way you could top it, that was too perfect.

Not surprised the way the game turned it either. The Saints dominated the Colts in the second quarter. Peyton seemed a bit off and his receivers weren't helping him.

Also, I only saw about 30 seconds of The Who's performance, but apparently they really sucked?

Yes, but I'm not a Who fan to begin with. The light show that surrounded their stage was amazing though. Some of their guitar riffs were synchronized to fireworks. If I ever see a concert in a stadium, I am now expecting this to happen.

Oh yea, thank god I don't bet anymore, I would have gotten my ass HANDED to me betting on the over (57 points). I probably would have put down 500-1000 bucks in years past.

I thought Daltrey was good for an almost 66-year-old man. I mean, what the fuck can you expect? Maybe try getting a band that isn't 40 years past their prime?

bow Saints, etc. Game really lived up to the hype. That onside kick was some ballsy shit

Also, I only saw about 30 seconds of The Who's performance, but apparently they really sucked?
I thought they were good and I hate them, but maybe I was swayed by the light show.

I'll probably get flamed, but I thought U2 was great in 2002. Only remember this because I came across it on NFL network one day.

The only thing I didn't like about The Who's halftime show was that the violin at the end of Baba O'Riley was replaced with a harmonica.

U2 are great live, and did great at the Superbowl. The Who sounded awesome at times, but at other times it sounded like a mess. Especially Pete fucking up

The Stones sounded worse imo.

Billco sounds like a pretty awesome guy, I doubt he'd been a fan of a trainwreck of a team like the Redskins.

According to Joe Molotov, he sells basement doors and roof hatches. The Redskins sound exactly like the team a blue collar, man-of-the-people handyman would root for.

I remember the U2 halftime show because they ran the 9/11 victims names and when the FDNY list came up one very cranky guy at our Superbowl party said "I can't believe they slapped a clothing ad in there". Silence.
