I meant to tell you after the first post, I completely agree with how much better this film would be if in black and white.

Especially parts in Ward C.

I was hoping to read some discussion of the film in this thread, but it's just a bunch of people arguing which of Scorsese's mediocre films is the least mediocre.  WTF?

Movie was fantastic and yeah, B&W would've been perfect. It's just brilliant how everything ties together, goddamn.

As far as it being in B&W or Color, I really enjoyed the vivid colors of the dream sequences. But even then, a B&W take definitely would have been interesting.
