WMP 12 - I'm losing my mind over something simple

My library used to look like this in the Icon view:



Now it looks like this:



The sort by letter bugs the hell out of me, and I can't figure out how to switch it back.

Any help?

I just spent like 15 minutes in WMP figuring out how to fix it. There should be an option to "Show in groups" that you can deselect. But apparently not.
