I don't watch much televised news programming (dirty poor with no cable) but the stuff I see from clips on the web is purely pathetic. It's like reading YouTube comments. They don't even try to pick out coherent qualified comments - pitiful.  :-\

Maybe they deliberately go with dumb comments as a way of making their viewers feel like they still need professional reporters and news analysts.

Took a shower and headed to the school library. We have a bunch of lcd televisions on the walls of the lobby, each tuned to the various news networks, muted. Seems like cnn has a huge panel of people discussing...the huge panel of people discussing health care.
