Got Saint's Row The Third Remastered a few days ago and spent a few hours on it. Looks good, although it feels like your own character now isn't as detailed as everyone else. Maybe it's just me. Am playing it on PC and it has ultra-wide support. Runs at a rock-solid 60 FPS. Don't have much else to say- it's the same game with a new coat of paint.
But I do have a complaint about the Epic Games Store. The settings says cloud saving is active, but it seems a lot of games don't support it, including this one. Started playing the game on my laptop and had to go find the save file location to copy to my desktop to continue playing. It's not that big a deal, but still annoying when 99% of all Steam games cloud save. And how do you take a screenshot? Not seeing anything.
There's no screenshot thing in the Epic Games Store. Probably because it comes standard with Windows now.
- Nvidia GeForce Experience overlay: If you’ve got an Nvidia card, this is probably the best way to take screenshots within Epic launcher games. Download and install the Nvidia GeForce Experience when you update your graphics drivers, sign in, and you’ll able to take screenshots using Alt+F1. Alternatively, you can open the overlay with Alt+Z, and change the default keys in Settings, or even take video instead. The screenshots will appear in your Videos folders (or wherever you set).
- Windows Gaming overlay: If you don’t have an Nvidia card but have Windows 10, you can open up the Windows Game Bar with Windows key+G. Here you can take a picture with the Screenshot button on the bar. The default shortcut is Windows + Alt + Prt Scr, but you can change that within the game bar to something with fewer keys.
- Third-party program: Alternatively, you can install a third-party program specifically for screenshots, such as FRAPS or Greenshot, which should hopefully work with most Epic launcher games. Some block these programs, however, so be warned.
