magoose: the original designs for the ff characters designed by amano often have little resemblance to the in-game sprites.  faris is one of them.  her theatereteaghm sprite looks like the original design, not her ff5 sprite.

well that's stupid and you are stupid too
so there! :maf

Santa Ana, Calif. – NIS America is excited to announce that Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland will hit Western shores in spring 2012! Atelier Meruru is the latest installation in the fan-favorite Atelier series. Atelier Meruru follows the story of spunky Princess Meruru, who finds herself entranced by alchemy and vows to become Totori Helmold’s apprentice. On her way, Meruru will encounter new adventures, obstacles, mysteries, and friends, and discover what life is like outside the castle walls. How you choose to guide her through the advancement of her land will determine the final outcome in the tale of Atelier Meruru

Game Features

even more lands to explore!

They never did Pinocchio in the previous games?  Wasn't the Whale level in KH1?

So we're at:
Hunchback of Notre Dame
Pinocchio

Probably will get at least 5 new disney worlds in this one.

Well, yeah.  I'm assuming the reason they're doing it here is because the KH1 level only covered a small part of the story (Monstro) whereas this will cover the actual plot with the fox guy and the island of animal boys.

The Pinocchio world is named "Pranksters' Paradise." Set in the belly of a giant whale, this world will let Sora and friends adventure through a heart warming fairytale land consisting of circus huts and other elements in 3D. You'll encounter Pinocchio, whose nose grows when he tells a lie, just like in the original story, and Jiminy Cricket.

it doesn't make a lot of sense that it's in a circus but still inside the belly so maybe it's just a bad translation
oh and here's a nice tidbit,a new pinocchio world was supposed to be in 358/2 days, they even did the mugshots for the cat and the fox

what the fuck is wrong with ps3 deleting data? it's taking forever to delete Resistance 3's 5GB of shit. So I shut it off, and now it's corrupted. Whatever, so I try to delete that. And it's still taking forever.

And yes, deleting data can sometimes take forever. It's incredibly inconsistent.

Can't say much about the CPU or GPU without knowing the clockspeeds and some other stuff, but the RAM amount seems pretty low. The 360 has 512 MB, which would mean it would be a 4X increase. For perspective, the original Xbox had 64 MB, and so to 360 was an 8X increase.

You can thank the Wii for that.

If 2Gb seems believable I find it hard to think that it being 2Gb RAM and 2Gb VRAM is a viable theory. Wouldn't the production cost effectively be the same (or more) as if there was 4Gb RAM? Again, I don't know how all these 1s and 0s turn into anime waifus on my screen - so maybe RAM and VRAM being separate is a viable theory.
