Everyone's off Diablpo-ing but this is also out today in the US. Brad seems to do ok so it's probably not that difficult as far as Cave stuff goes I guess.

Dear Esther is like an interactive associative poem, but I enjoyed it. You get two hours out of it tops, but it's kind of enjoyable to piece together the story for yourself.

There isn't much gameplay. All you can do is walk and there's only certain areas that you can walk to. What makes it interesting is the random little things that occur and the narration spawned by where you go on the island. I missed an important plot piece my first time through and ran through it again.

i don't really care about this game so i'm not sure why we are talking if i can pirate it or not

and piracy on ps3 is kinda complicated,you can do it but you are limited in what you can do

It's understandable, given what happened in Japan, but it's still pretty crazy that the game was completely finished and a month from release when they cancelled it.

Game still should have come out. It was a rash decision by the head guy based on personal emotions of how the Earthquake effected him and his family.

Look at all the people out of a job whose families are going to be hurting because of IREM's closure. Delaying it would have been understandable. Killing it and recalling the entire series leading to the shut down of the whole company was a bad way to handle it.

However, there are some rumors the game was a mess and it wasn't anywhere near finished, so at that point cancelling it made more sense.

The Last Us is a game I really want to like, but having it focused around the little girl [who is WISE BEYOND HER YEARS] really makes me want to not care.

Irem hasn't technically closed. They just publish pachinko games. I imagine any of the staff who wanted to continue making non-pachinko games went to Granzella.

I actually think this is the worst Naughty Dog has ever been. Maybe in 10 years I'll see this post and laugh, but neither Uncharted or The Last of Us strike me as classics we'll be playing in the future. They're very much products of today that I feel can very much be bettered upon in the future, leaving us to forget these. But who knows, maybe that's just my nostalgia for Crash and Jak talking.

Just tried to play the new zelda on an hdtv. It looks worse than an N64 game, and my tv doesn't seem to have a native res option.

And I was one of those people who didn't care that the wii couldn't do hd at launch. I've been humbled.

I haven't touched my 360 in ages, and now neither of my two controller want to sync. What do I do? Both have fresh batteries. When I press the sync button on both the 360 and controller it lights up for a second before the entire 4 sectors blink green.

I sang to it softly and the piece of junk still won't sync. I can use either controller to turn on the Xbox, and when I turn the Xbox off the controllers are turned off so there's obviously some link with them.

zelda is annoying as fuck. They give you an option for selecting help whenever which is great but then they won't shut up about it. So now instead of just telling me the shit I already know like in last games it tells me that I can press 2 for the game to tell me the shit I already know. Also the other help button and centering the wiimote are the same button, so I go to try and center the wiimote and nope, annoying dialog.

tales games are hit or miss tough vesperia was really good and i think most people liked graces?

007 Legends (from Eurocom, behind Goldeneye Wii/PS3/360). Six missions based on Bond films. First one is Moonraker:

DmC (aka Devil May Cry 5 aka Ninja Theory's game) is out January next year. PC version announced too, coming after that date.
