The localization of the Trails series is such a fucking disaster. It's no wonder the series barely survives in the west (or in Japan, most of the sales are from other parts of Asia these days).

For Zero/Azure, these are finished games that have been around for years, and they're using the geofront fan translation...but they're still going to take 2 fucking years to bring them out? What the fuck.

Nayuta is like a 15 hour long arpg with 1/10th the text of a normal Trails game. And it's 2023???

It's like the NISA localization team consists of one guy doing every single NISA game and so he just queues them up years out to work on. It's so stupid. Any competent publisher would've had all of these games out in 2021/2022 and Hajimari out by next year and Kuro out next fall.

I'm hoping that Kuro gets released sooner, I mean Sky 3rd came out after CS1 and 2 were already out... if Kuro starts a new arc it doesn't need all the others released (like you would for Hajimari).

TWEWY2 demo dropped on Switch/PS4 and save progress carries.

Game is fucking great if you loved the original. Feels exactly like the original but in 3d. Was hesitant going in, but now pretty hyped. Will play this day 1. Soundtrack already seems great (glad Ishimoto is doing it again) and it still oozes with insane Nomura style.

Both good Devs, but both were essentially Sony exclusive anyhow. Still good to keep the studios alive instead of worrying about one bomb away from bankrupting.
