I really liked the one about Jurassic Park Trespasser.  I haven't many others out...but the guy's almost documentary style of talking about the game was awesome.  Of course, it helps that the game has such an interesting history behind it.

Does the Giant Bomb Persona 4 Endurance Run count as a Let's Play? Because that's the most entertaining one I've ever watched.

Spoony also did some Let's Plays that were pretty good. I liked Phantasmagoria and Ripper the best.

Pokecapn from Something Awful did a Let's Play of Sonic 2006 and Sonic Unleashed... those were good too.
