Okay so I finally got my 182 dollar console repair refund from M$.
Decided to buy a new official controller as the one I was using I had since 2007 so it was a bit knackered.
They had a special edition black controller at the store for the same price as normal (85 NZD) with 4 FREE XBLA GAMES! Geo Wars 2, Bomberman, Lumines and Ms Pac Man. All good games, I didnt own any of them already, and ALL FREE.
Not sure if this is just an AU/NZ thing or if its global, but keep an eye out for it if youre buying a new controller!
