Oh man, don't get me started. It really depends on where I was when the blast went off, but for fun's sake, let's say I was close to the city where it happened, but not in the center. Assuming I survived the initial blast and was outside of lethal radiation range, the first thing I would do is get upwind to avoid fallout. If I had time, I would collect all the lightweight items I could that might be useful for bartering, since cash wouldn't retain its value very long at all. I would do my best to arm myself with a makeshift spear, club or dagger. I would also do my best to get my hands on...
