The current Mr. Cohen isn't the Mr. Cohen that you once knew and loved.   :shh

I might be doing a Euro trip this summer--Spain, Greece, France, and Italy.  It's gonna cost me so much money.  You only live once, right.

Make a profile on couchsurfing.com and try to get people to host you for a few nights in each city. I probably saved at least $1000 last summer by doing this. You'll probably have a better time, because you get to hang out with someone who actually lives in the country. And usually those people are pretty friendly.

If you go to Madrid in particular, I might be able to put you in touch with an awesome host.

Same. I had a fucking AMAZING time in Berlin. You get the good tips from people who actually live there, plus you save money. Spain is fucking fun, I'd kill for another day in Girona

Real talk.  GS's suggestions seems kinda scary.  I wouldn't do it if I didn't need to.

I've done it and I even hosted a lot of people in NYC. It's great. It has the GilloD stamp of approval

It sounds like a cool thing to do, but also like one of those things where everyone had good experiences, so you do it and wake up with a sore ass.

I'd still like to try it once

I lived in England for around 6 months but never ventured outside of it, I nearly went to France for a week last month but school got in the way.  :(

From what I've seen, couchsurfing communities are pretty awesome. It's perfectly safe, especially for a man.

Rman is a real handsome dude though.

Not home yet.  RMan, if you need spots in Paris, hit me up.  Places to stay, people to meet, food to eat.

What about some :tauntaun?

How many mimes did you punch in France?  This will go a long way towards verifying your manhood back home in 'murika.

That's a lot for one trip! How long are you planning on staying?

Cohen, did you check out any French restaurants with Michelin stars?  I think France is the country with the most 3-stars.

If I were going to France, the majority of my budget would definitely be allocated for gastronomic extravagances.
