Running through Dolphin.

Fucking hell.  I still detest the art style of the game, but I said GAWTAM

Wind Waker>>>>Twilight Princess

TP is the only 3D Zelda I couldn't finish. What a boring game.

Real Talk: I beat Quest 64, but I got bored with the Internet darling Majora's Mask and never beat it. I did beat OOT and WW.

I wouldn't say that.  Like other Zelda games it has its flaws, only this time around it couldn't hind behind its tremendous dungeons...because its dungeons weren't good.  And it only had 5.

Majora's Mask is my favorite because it manages to be a Zelda title where the focus relies on its world, not its dungeons, even though the dungeons were fantastic.

Is it playable on Dolpin? I tried it awhile back and it was kinda buggy.  The framerate was pretty good but there were syncing issues.

I love the game for its whimsy, but I still feel ripped off by it.  It needed more stuff, both in terms of the dungeons and the world outside.  The only thing it needed less of was water.

was there hate for it? other than the extended hunt at the end of the game, it was awesome*

and yeah, the game looks crazy in Dolphin.  Even without getting rendered at a higher resolution and using the widescreen hack, the gamecube game still looks great today.  I don't know why other companies, or even Nintendo on the Wii, haven't copied the technique.  Closest was Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm minus the terrible aliasing.

*I should mention that I don't think any Nintendo or Capcom Zelda game isn't awesome.  Only the two DS games managed to suck enough that I would admit a Zelda game wasn't good.  Though I can go into detail about things like how WW combat was too easy even for 3D Zelda standards and things like that.

Take a screenshot without Link and the icons in that pic, and then post it at GAF as a new exclusive PS3 title from Tim Schafer.

Are you able to play GC/Wii games from the CD-Drive, or do you need the ISO?

I bet selling all their old games in HD will be a big part of N's next-gen strategy.

With the exception of Majoras Mask I agree. Wind Waker is easily the best Zelda game as far as I'm concerned. I actually think it's my fav Nintendo game ever and probably in my top ten (need to give these things a bit more thought before making definitive statements.

I just started playing TP and so far it's boring as fuck. I think Nintendo need to do a Legend Of Zelda Galaxy.

I like all the 3D Zeldas except TP. TP had its moments, but it was a really boring, forced remake of OoT. The Mansion was sick though.

Wind Waker is amazing. Even the Triforce Hunt isn't as annoying and boring as the entirety of TP.

I probably enjoyed Paper Mario 2, the Metriod Prime games (if they count) and SMG more than WW, but its still totally sweet.
TP does not get any less boring. Theres like 5 worthwhile hours of cool dungeon gameplay, and 50 hours of fetch quests and monotony.

Haven't played SMG yet or Paper Mario 2 and I definintely like WW more than Metroid Prime on GC (Haven't finished M2 or even played 3). Super Metroid is a big contender for my no 1 Nintendo game too though and maybe Super Mario World 2 yoshi's island.

Wind Waker is awesome. One of the GC games I go back to just to roam around in. I never hated the sailing, but then again I like to.. *gasp* go adventuring in my adventure games.

I love adventure too, but the sailing in WW got a little tedious. I'm not talking generally about the sailing mechanic, but more specifically about how poorly executed the triforce hunt was.

The visuals and the controls of the sailing are good, but it sucks when you actually have to go somewhere.  Takes way too long.
