Xenoblade's vastness interests me, but the areas I've seen aren't all that captivating. I love exploring, but part of the allure of exploring is providing a space that offers some interest. So, we'll see.
The original announcement of Wii Party shows Nintendo has yet to bridge the gap between the entrance games and the established genres, and from a games standpoint, the progress of the medium through Wii is still a struggle between the visceral Wii experience and the subdued yet beefier classic gaming experience.
