The graphics look better when you're playing IMO.

Game seems solid, 800 points seems better though. Not ruling out a buy.

I like what I see so far, seems to capture the gameplay of the original fairly nicely. It does lack a bit of the charm, but that could be the nostalgia talking because the graphics and art both look really good.

I was digging it until I realized that the demo was already over a quarter of the game and that 4 of the 14 'levels' are boss fights.

Probably a lot less than that. One of the cheevs is a sub-hour Hard mode completion.

I did the demo in 15 minutes or so.

PC version is cracked and up for download. It doesn't compare to the original at all. Kinda sucks, actually. Glad I didn't buy it.

This was done by some European devs. Just because it stars a character you have nostalgia for means shit if the people who created the character and the gameplay in the original had nothing to do with this new piece of crap.

I'm avoiding this just like I am Sonic 4.

I don't like this idea of farming out old IPs to some random developers in Croatia or wherever, you never know whether you're going to get something good or just a random piece of crap.

It flopped but the game was so awesome (GOTY 2009 even). Re-armed is incredible. Hand in your gamer card immediately
