I went to Olive Garden and had soup and salad.

Wife made some chicken breast in a sauce with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions. I ate it with some beans I made the other night. Boiled beans in a crock pot for about 20 hours with bacon and onions and salt. Then I fried it in some bacon grease. Fuck ya'll. It's delicious.

I saw a workout video where some dude had canned beans, rinsed the sodium off them, then added them to fresh salsa. Nice quick protein dish

For dinner, I made a garlic cream sauce with mushrooms & broccoli for these lobster ravioli we had, but I think I fucked the sauce up.

It tasted good but looked weird....

Going to this awesome Tex-Mex place nearby that I recently found today... the food is really good, the portions are huge, and it's only $7 a plate.

went to a lighthouse themed breakfast place and had 2 meals, a lunch - sauteed crab, bay scallops, and shrimp and a breakfast - "the hungry fisherman" an omelet, with imitation crab (which was actually pretty good) bay scallops, and shrimp, with this really good sauce over the top, with grits and english muffins

Last night I made the alfredo. It was incredible.

I went home for lunch and cut up chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions and threw it in the crock pot with 2 quarts of sauce. When I came home, all the juice from the chicken and mushrooms thinned out the sauce. So I had to make some more.

Then I did something a little bit different from my usual routine. It was still a bit watery after I made 2 more quarts of sauce so I decided to throw the noodles in and cook them that way instead of separately like I usually do. Oh my god, this made such a huge difference. The noodles absorbed the juice and they were so fucking flavorful. It was awesome.

I've gotten so used to it, that it doesn't bother me at all. It's actually kind of convienent. If the lab is having a pot luck or ordering out I'll usually participate but otherwise I can just down my protein drink and go over to our gym and get a full workout during my lunch hour.
