Basically he went on a rampage at a porn DVD warehouse the other day. He hacked Tommy Dong to death with a sword and injured three others. He's facing one count of murder and three of attempted murder. He was on the run and found sleeping outside a house this morning and was in a standoff with the SWAT team since 9:00 this morning.
