Holy crap it became the fat PS3. (Touch sensitive buttons, wifi, internal HDD, glossy finish).

Memory units and the 360 External HDDs are not supported  :(

Is the power brick internal now?

$150 with a game isn't that bad.  It's not that far off from Rock Band and Guitar hero type games.

talking about games for a second, am I the only one who isn't feeling Gears 3 at all?

I'm not feeling it either but I didn't like the other two so whatever.

According to the text on the sheet it looks like its still external but just not as big. Plus its not interchangeable with the old ones.

150$ is suicide :hyper

now when it flops MS can get back to focusing on games.

i figure we'll have to suffer another crappy e3 as they desperately try to salvage the debacle but we should be good to go in 2012.

wasn't DJ Hero around that price when it launched? I'm just saying, this think is around the same price and has far more applications.  Only if it comes with a solid game.

Yes, but DJ Hero wasn't an add-on for the 360.

If it comes with multiple games, then I can see an argument for that.

Late to E3 and just watching all the trailers shown in MS/EA so far and WTF DID THEY DO TO MY HALO :(

I love Halo.  I even loved the ODST SP campaign.  I really like the dramatic sci-fi action style Bungie does campaign storytelling with combined with well designed levels and likable characters.  So then comes this Reach trailer and it's all ACTION ARCADE IN YOUR FACE HALO and there is absolutely nothing subtle or tact about it at all.  Very disappointed :(  I don't play MP Halo, so I'm only in for the campaigns and I'm rethinking my $40 pre-order after watching that trailer.  It looks so phoned in :(

Read the live blog thing on eurogamer. Lots of stuff on connect? Er, Kinect? OK, seems plausible, given how futbol moms have reacted to Wii.

If this thing teaches a generation of people the Thriller dance, it will be well worth it.

Bebpo, you loved the ODST campaign? Ay carumba.

Oh, MS doing the Apple launch of Slim is a step in the right direction. On one hand, I understand the need to build awareness before launching certain products, but a slim model is not one of those instances. Just launch it.

*On that note, Natal could have been held for this year. No need to talk about an add-on that was over a year away (last year).

Didn't watch it yet (waiting for Gamespot to finish encoding it), but looks like I didn't miss much. Oh boy, another Halo, another Gears, another Fable (though I like the series), and a dancing game... not like I can't go to a club and do that or anything. Was at least hoping for a megaton announcement, i.e. Versus on 360 or another cool exclusive. But nope. Hopefully the Nintendo and Sony show will be more interesting.

All Sony needs to do is show their games running in real-time and they're good.

As for Nintendo, they simply need to show the 3DS and Zelda Wii and they have won e3 2010.

I'm very sympathetic to Kinect in a general sense. Since its not aimed at us or core gamers I get that I'm not supposed to like most of that stuff. But the problem is they don't have a Wii sports among that group from what I see that's going to change the equation like it did for the Wii. That is what I was looking for. I knew most of it would be shit. But I thought there would be one game among that group that would be the breakthrough to show you why this is something you need to own. They just don't have it. In the back of my mind I thought it would involve Milo or something but apparently that was purely conceptual for them.

i'm symphathetic to kinect and move simply because it promise me,more precise control game, this is so fucking weird and wrong... i bought a wii because i wanted to waggle and now i'm the one with the archer minigame involving button presses while the ps3 is the one enjoying the archer minigame where you actualy have to do the archer motion

The talking shit and some of the visual navigation stuff was the only real interesting part of the demo. It wasn't $150 dollars interesting though is the problem.
