this game sounds really cool.  Focus on exploration and if they're able to make the game feel as good as Flower, I'm sold.  But all I can think of is running into another guy online and him yelling like a tard.

OK, now that's out of the way: I'll buy this, and be thankful I have a PS3 to play it on. I liked both ~flOw~ and Flower; they're short, but fun and playfully different.

I think most people can agree that Flow was garbage but I was pretty impressed by Flower.  I'd probably never play it again as it was more of a one off kind of experience but it was certainly memorable and it gives me hope that TGC can do something just as good if not better here.  Plus the mysterious theme and minimalist art style works for me here.  It reminds me of something Team Ico might do.
