Damn. He looked like death in the before picture. Looks like some weight loss, healthy living, and a hair cut did it for him.

Looks like he lost just the right amount of weight - enough that he's no longer a digusting member of the human species, not so much that he could use his excess skin to glide from tree to tree.

I never noticed him looking as bad as in that first pic though. John Goodman is truly awesome, glad he's still getting work.

Looks way better though. He's generally a big guy, but just looking at his face shows a substantial loss of weight.

I remember an interview where he admitted to being an alcoholic. Seems like he's made some lifestyle changes to me
