Well, in terms of game time that would probably be Oblivion. Since it came out, I've probably played it for about 175 hours, maybe 200. I can't really think of anything else that comes close.

As far as games that I keep coming back to long after their initial release, there's way too many to list.

haha that's usually my limit too, although i did put over 150 hours into fallout 3 (with only two of the expansion packs played!), which has gotta be my longest single playthrough of any game.  back in the day i used to replay my games all the time and i know i put over 1000 hours into FF8  as far as multiplayer goes i don't think i've put much time into anything since that free wolfenstein game came out

Since I have so many systems and I don't regularly play MP games, I can't think of a game that I've even come close to playing for 100 hrs.  

Maybe I did it with SF2 when I was a kid but that was most likely due to just not having enough games.  Games this gen which I've spent around 50 hrs on: Dead Rising, Mass Effect 2, Far Cry 2.

Spent a godforsaken amount of time playing Melee (and before that, Smash 64) in college... single player though, DQ7 took me 130 hours to beat, including beating the 2 secret dungeons, building my town all the way up, and getting the Platinum King monster class.

Either Counter Strike, Diablo 2 or Warhawk. I know I nearly racked up 400 hours in Warhawk. Unsure about the others haven't played CS since I was a kid but I was rabid, and I played D2 pretty hardcore after it launched in 2000 then a lot more after LoD, then more casually all the way through high school so that's probably been my biggest timesink, then again I went through some big moments of CS during highschool too.

I've played an ungodly amount of Super Street Fighter 4.  And before it, for likely a much longer amount of time, 3rd Strike, although it doesn't show anymore whatsoever --goddamn it's amazing how badly you can suck at something you've put so much time into just from being away from it for a year or so.  I might as well be playing with my feet.

I played Ultima Online for roughly two years straight, for several hours every day, typically in the dead of night when I should've been getting rested for school the next day.  Will never touch another MMO again.

Singleplayer-wise, I tend to drop games as soon as I've had my fill, which comes on rather quickly, so the longest I've played a game was probably however long it takes to complete it.  Probably something like Xenogears or Fallout 3 at ~90 hours.
