I think I read somewhere that Archer isn't coming back until 2011. I don't know why, it doesn't look like it costs that much to animate.

Archer is pretty much the only tv show I give a shit about anymore, although I will undoubtedly end up watching Eastbound and Down Season 2 at some point.

My girlfriend just got me into Dexter. About halfway into season 2 and it seems good. It's good to know that I still have a little bit of time to finish up my backlog before the new season comes out.

I didn't know it was October, that's why I prefaced it with hopefully.

If you don't like Dexter, Venture Bros. or It's Always Sunny, you pretty much suck at television. But that jives with your shitty movie tastes, Diunx.

I hope It's Always Sunny is more consistent. The show has been hit-or-miss for some time.

Can't wait for angry and bitter Dexter!

This season has a big change. First sunny season with a season long arc. They are putting Dees pregnancy and baby from real life into the show.

more dee? ewww. i stopped watching after that episode with the waitress wanting to get married and dee annoying her. and me. i got tired of it because it stopped being funny. it was always uneven, i guess, but the bad episodes were outnumbering the good ones. and i hated the season 4 finale.

I don't think Sunny gets enough credit. I've even enjoyed the ones people consider to be meh. It's just an fun show and it's better than most other comedies out there on tv today.

The very next week, they throw petty pop culture jokes at the viewer. Futurama had pop culture jokes in the past, but not like this. It felt more like Family Guy than Futurama. Haha, eyephone! Haha, Susan Boyle is actually a boil on Leela's butt! Haha internet jokes!!!

I haven't seen this. What's it about and what channel.

It's a comedy, but unless you've seen The Foot Fist Way it's sort of hard to describe the type.  Dark tragi-comedy?  Just watch it, it's probably my favorite 3 hours of television ever.  It's an HBO series.

TV would be unbearable without HBO. They have been on a roll lately.

2011 also had the new Ricky Gervais sitcom on HBO more than likely.

The problem is that Futurama hasn't been consistently funny since Season 3.  Season 4 was aight but Season 5 was a mixture of Fry-Leela shit ( :-\ ) and just doing random shit to see what they can get away with before Fox finally stopped buying any more episodes.  The movies were mediocre at best and didn't warrant a revival.
