Was she drunk and/or high?

Some guy did something similar once to me, except he spoke in a mixture of limerick and dribble. After explaining to the gentlemen that I couldn't understand him no matter how close he got to my face, he went off to his car while insulting me on the way. Then he crashed into a parked car. I think he might have been on something.
