Actually it was my girlfriend's phone.
4am. The cops called her to tell her that her mum had been arrested at a Lawson convenience store in Saitama for fighting with the staff about her point card. They wanted her to to come all the way up to Saitama to identify her (wtf?). Of course she told them to stick it, cause she has to go to work soon, and so they just let her mum go.
'Why was your mum in Saitama at 4am?'
'I dunno, but they let her go. Case closed.'
