I decided to make several types of hot, homemade salsa. Last night I wrapped up a jalapeno tomatillo salsa. It's nice but I probably added a bit too much garlic. That and the fact that it looks like snot. But it tastes pretty good!
Today I'm going to do a tomatillo roja salsa, using chipotles and a mix of tomatoes and green tomatillos. Only one clove of garlic and I think a little bit of cilantro.
